Cissy Xiao

Director of Finance and ESG

Cissy joined SCF Partners in 2013 and is the Director of Finance and ESG. Her responsibilities include managing investor reporting, financial analytics, SEC compliance, and general accounting and structuring for portfolio companies.

Cissy completed the Professional Program in Accounting program in the University of Texas in Austin and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master in Professional Accounting.  After graduation, she began her career in the Securitization Tax Practice at Deloitte Tax LLP, where she serviced structured products issuers and investor.  Prior to joining SCF Partners, Cissy worked as forensic accounting specialist at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP, where her duties involved litigation and discovery process support.
