Cathryn Hart

Senior Associate

Cathryn joined SCF Partners in 2024 as a Senior Associate, based in Houston. Her role includes evaluating investment opportunities, conducting market research, and supporting the growth of portfolio companies.

Cathryn graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 2018 with dual degrees in chemical engineering and writing. She began her career at Pioneer Natural Resources, where she held various technical and operational roles before transitioning into business development and corporate strategy. Prior to joining SCF, Cathryn earned an MBA and an MS in Engineering from Harvard Business School, graduating with High Distinction and as a Baker Scholar.
