Anthony DeLuca

Anthony joined SCF in early 1993.  He has filled numerous roles within the firm including serving as a board member of several prior portfolio companies.  His primary responsibilities are overall firm management, capital formation, investor reporting and relations, transaction review, due diligence and transaction execution.

Anthony earned his accounting degree from Texas A&M University in 1984.  Through 1992, he worked in the Houston office of Arthur Andersen & Co., where he provided accounting and auditing, merger and acquisition and business process consulting services.  There he also gained significant experience with public equity, debt offerings and transaction due diligence and analysis.  Anthony’s entire tenure with Andersen was devoted to clients in the oil and gas and oilfield service arenas.
