SCF Partners Welcomes Steve Lockard as New Operating Partner

May 24, 2021, Houston, Texas – SCF Partners is pleased to announce that Mr. Steve Lockard has joined SCF as an Operating Partner. Lockard, the former CEO and current Chairman of TPI Composites (“TPI”), joined TPI (NASDAQ:TPIC) in 1999 and led the company’s transformation from a New England based recreational composite boat builder to become the largest independent global wind blade manufacturer. The company employs over 15,000 employees, with manufacturing facilities in the US, Mexico, China, Turkey and India, and additional operating and engineering centers in Denmark and Germany.

Steve also recently helped spearhead the creation of the newly established American Clean Power Association (ACP), whose mission is to provide cost-effective and low carbon energy solutions, while also creating jobs and positive economic development for the US.
